Description
In the summer of 2016, newly in love, I went to an outdoor pool with my new partner. Both of us had been through difficult relationships in the past, so we took our time getting to know each other before deciding to enter into a relationship. Neither of us has ever regretted that decision — from day one, everything between us flowed as smoothly as we had always wished.
At the pool, happy to be together, we cuddled, hugged, and caressed each other a lot. We’re both very tactile, though my partner enjoys touch even more than I do. After a while, however, his constant stroking and caressing in the pool became a bit too much for me.
At first, I didn’t want to say anything because I was afraid I might hurt him or not find the right words. So I silently endured what felt like “too much” touch for a while. Eventually, I did tell him — and he received it very well. From then on, he became more mindful and reduced the intensity of his touching.
Shortly afterward, I suddenly developed small bumps on my upper body — the beginning of what I later called my “Sun-Summer-Sunning track.” From that point on, these bumps reappeared every year, always looking a little different — sometimes smaller or larger, mildly or strongly red. Certain areas were affected more one year and less the next, such as:
Décolleté
Shoulders (front and back)
Upper abdomen
Upper arms
The bumps appeared on both sides of my body. Since I’m left-handed, I assume I experienced the original conflict locally, as the entire upper body was involved in the intense touching — and that’s also where the skin reactions appeared.
The track was triggered every year as soon as I started sunbathing again, whether or not my partner was present. I could simply lie in the sun alone — the reaction would appear. It also happened in other places, such as a sauna with an outdoor area, where I exposed my skin to the spring or summer sun for the first time that year.
Triggers:
The sun itself
The act of sunbathing (lying on a blanket or deck chair)
From the very beginning, I clearly understood the biological meaning behind it: my partner’s intense caressing had simply been too much for me — a classic “wanting-to-be-separated” conflict as described in the Five Biological Laws (5BN).
So, from the moment I subconsciously wished to be separate from that overwhelming touch, I entered the conflict-active phase. During this time, the epidermis (outer skin, controlled by the cerebral cortex, ectoderm) thinned — a biological program designed to enhance sensory perception and “feel” the separation better.
When I later told my partner that his touching was too much, and he respected that boundary, the conflict resolution phase began. In this phase, the body repairs the skin loss through inflammation — showing up as swelling, redness, itching, and the small bumps. The fact that these bumps returned year after year showed that the conflict resolution was incomplete — hence, the establishment of a biological track (the “Sun-Summer-Sunning track”).
Just as I had previously resolved another track related to rough hands years ago — by consciously communicating with my subconscious — I decided to do the same her (See experience)
So, over the following summers, often at the outdoor pool, I repeatedly took time to speak to my subconscious. I thanked it for warning me of what it perceived as a potentially dangerous situation and explained that the conflict was long resolved — the track was no longer needed.
Each time I was a little disappointed when the “allergy” reappeared the following year, but I stayed consistent in my self-dialogue. Then last year, after eight years, the track suddenly disappeared completely! And this year, it didn’t return either — I’ve already done my sunbathing without any skin reaction.
Side note:
Had I not already been familiar with the Five Biological Laws when the track first began, I could easily have fallen into a “feeling soiled” conflict, because the bumps didn’t look pleasant and were noticeable to others. But thanks to my understanding of the 5BN, I knew the biological connections — and I also knew I had the power to resolve this track once and for all.

Note: Have you also had exciting experiences with the 5BL? If so, it would be great if you could send us an anonymized report so that we can publish it in the archive and everyone can benefit from your experiences. Thank you very much!
